What investigations follow the first consultation?

Following the initial consultation, further basic diagnostics will be initiated. This consists of:

• Blood test — analysis of your hormonal profile, including FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone and AMH, to assess ovarian function and hormonal balance.
• Ultrasound — a transvaginal ultrasound to visualise the ovaries, uterine lining and follicle development, and to detect any abnormalities such as cysts.

These examinations can be fully carried out in Kleve. Do you want to limit travel time? Then you can also have them done locally by your GP, a laboratory or an ultrasound practice near you. You will then receive clear instructions so that everything proceeds correctly.

The results will be discussed during a follow-up consultation, after which the treatment plan will be adjusted if necessary.
