Een cyclustherapie bij de FertilityCare-kliniek in Kleve valt onder geplande, niet-spoedeisende zorg die in het buitenland wordt ontvangen binnen een niet-gecontracteerde zorginstelling. Hieronder vindt u relevante voorwaarden voor vergoeding door uw Nederlandse zorgverzekeraar.

Terms and Conditions for Reimbursement

• Prior to the treatment, a referral from a Dutch GP or medical specialist is required.
• Het gynaecologisch onderzoek en eventuele behandelingen vallen onder de basisverzekering in Nederland voor (gedeeltelijke) vergoeding.
• The final reimbursement depends on your policy conditions (in-kind or reimbursement policy) and any remaining excess.

Following the initial consultation, our clinic will draw up a document outlining the planned diagnostic pathway. You can then submit this document to your health insurer as substantiation for your request for authorisation and reimbursement.

For a full year of diagnostics and treatment at the FertilityCare Clinic, you can expect an investment of approximately €600 to €1,200. This amount includes consultations, investigations, and medication for the entire year. The exact costs may vary depending on the intensity of the treatment plan and individual care needs.
