How does the FertilityCare course work?

De cursus start met een vrijblijvende kennismakingsbijeenkomst waarin de methode rustig wordt uitgelegd aan de hand van een powerpoint-presentatie. In dit gesprek wordt de tijd genomen om de werkwijze toe te lichten, vragen te beantwoorden en samen te verkennen wat de methode voor u kan betekenen.

This is followed by a course consisting of eight private lessons. These lessons can take place either online or on location. In this phase, you will learn step-by-step to observe, record, and interpret your cycle according to the FertilityCare method. There is ample opportunity for personal guidance so that the method can be effectively integrated into your daily life.

Over the course, the information is further deepened and tailored to your personal situation, such as regarding trying to conceive, avoiding pregnancy, cycle complaints, the breastfeeding period, or the transition to perimenopause.

The course does not stand alone, but is part of a broader medical-diagnostic approach. As such, the course forms not only the basis for understanding the cycle, but also a starting point for further guidance in which medical care and personal support are aligned.

De kosten voor de individuele lessen, exclusief materiaal, bedragen €490. De Christelijke Zorgverzekeraar vergoedt hiervan een deel, afhankelijk van uw aanvullende verzekering en polisvoorwaarden.
